Orientation Session
An Orientation Session was successfully conducted at Bright School - GSEB Unit to welcome new students and parents. The session familiarized them with the school’s academic environment, rules and culture. It emphasized the importance of discipline, learning and holistic development. A brief overview of the school’s vision, mission and core values was shared along with glimpses of our infrastructure, achievements and extracurricular milestones.
A moment of silence was observed to honour the departed souls in the tragic plane crash on 12.06.2025. Mr. Jiral Shah (Director), Principal Madam Uma and Chanchal and Vice Principal Madam Aarti were present and graced the occasion.









Celebration of International Yoga Day

Students of Std. VII & VIII enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day under the guidance of our P.T. coaches. The young yogis performed various yoga asanas and learned the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between mind and body.

Bright English Medium School, Harni (GSEB Unit) celebrated Kanya Kelavani Mahotsav & Shala Praveshotsav 2025 with great joy and pride. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Shri Arun Mahesh Babu, Municipal Commissioner of Vadodara Municipal Corporation and Smt. Avniben Barot, Education Inspector DEO.

Our budding artists from Std. I & II showcased their creativity during a vibrant Drawing Competition. Their imaginations came alive through colourful expressions and bold strokes—turning paper into masterpieces.
The competition not only nurtured creativity but also helped boost confidence and fine motor skills. Teachers and parents alike were awed by the thoughtfulness and joy behind every piece. We are proud of our little Picassos! 🖌️✨
Motivational Session on “Focus on Smart Studies”
An inspiring session was hosted for Grades V to IX by the Memory Man of India Mr. Sajan Shah, a well-known motivational speaker and youth mentor. The session focused on developing effective study habits, prioritizing mental health and managing distractions from technology and social media. Students were introduced to practical strategies like the Pomodoro technique, mind-mapping and goal-setting. Mr. Shah also conducted live memory exercises and challenged students with brain games to demonstrate how simple techniques can boost retention and focus. The interactive nature of the session kept students engaged throughout, and they left with renewed enthusiasm for their academic journey.










Blood Donation Camp 2.0
Bright School – GSEB Unit (Harni) organized Blood Donation Camp 2.0 in loving memory of our beloved founder Late Shri Jayendrabhai R. Shah. In collaboration with Indu Blood Bank more than 60 generous donors participated. Each drop donated became a symbol of life, hope and the spirit of seva that our founder stood for. 🩸❤️
Mr. Jiral Shah (Director), Principal Madam Uma and Chanchal and Vice Principal Madam Aarti were present and inaugurated the camp furthering the legacy of service and compassion.
Free Health Check-up for Staff
"જનસેવા એજ પ્રભુસેવા" — આ શબ્દો શ્રી જયેન્દ્રભાઈ શાહ માટે માત્ર વિચાર નહોતા, પરંતુ જીવનની દિશા હતી. તેમની દૃષ્ટિએ, પરમાત્માની સાચી આરાધના દુ:ખીનું દુઃખ દૂર કરવું, દર્દીને દવા આપવી અને જરૂરતમંદને આશ્રય આપવામાં છે. મંદિરમાં જે શાંતિ મળે એથી વધુ શાંતિ તેમને લોકોની સેવા કરવામાં મળતી હતી.
As a part of Blood Donation Camp 2.0 a Free Health Check-up was organized for all our teaching and non-teaching staff. From blood tests to consultations the event was a humble gesture to honour the silent heroes who support and strengthen our school every single day. 👩⚕️🧑⚕️









Awareness Session on Good Touch Bad Touch
Students of Classes I & II participated in an age-appropriate awareness session on Good Touch and Bad Touch, conducted by our school teachers. Through animated videos, role-play and simple language, children learned about personal boundaries, body autonomy and trusted adults they can speak to. The goal was to build awareness without fear, ensuring children feel safe and supported.
Each child received a Take-Home Safety Guide to continue the discussion with parents. We believe this early and open communication empowers our young learners with confidence, awareness and self-protection tools.
Digital Wellness Talk
An interactive awareness session was held for Std. III & IV focusing on the harmful effects of excessive cellphone and screen time.
The session highlighted how too much screen usage can affect eyesight, concentration, sleep quality and even mood. Students were surprised to learn how digital devices, if used unwisely, can slow down learning and physical growth. Children were encouraged to replace screen time with play, reading, hobbies and nature walks.
The message was clear:

Fancy Dress Extravaganza
The stage lit up with colour and creativity as students of Std. I & II participated in the Fancy Dress Extravaganza at Bright School – GSEB Unit. From freedom fighters and doctors to fairies and farmers, our little Brightians confidently portrayed a wide range of characters. The event enhanced self-expression and stage presence, while promoting awareness of professions and values through role-play. Parents and teachers were thrilled to witness the joy and imagination of each performance. 🎉 All participants were appreciated and winners were awarded for Best Costume, Confidence and Creativity. गुरुपूर्णिमा समारोह
"गुरु बिना ज्ञान नहीं, और ज्ञान के बिना जीवन संभव नहीं।"
इसी शाश्वत सत्य को आत्मसात करते हुए कक्षा 8 के विद्यार्थियों ने गुरुपूर्णिमा के पावन अवसर पर एक भावपूर्ण और श्रद्धामयी कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत सरस्वती वंदना और प्रार्थना से हुई, जिसने पूरे वातावरण को पवित्रता और शांति से भर दिया। इसके पश्चात विद्यार्थियों ने गुरु के महत्व पर ओजस्वी भाषण, भावनात्मक नृत्य, और सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों के माध्यम से अपने गुरुजनों के प्रति सम्मान और कृतज्ञता प्रकट की। यह आयोजन न केवल संस्कारों और गुरु-शिष्य परंपरा की झलक लेकर आया, बल्कि यह दिन ज्ञान, भक्ति और कृतज्ञता का एक अनुपम उत्सव बन गया।













Student Union Election
The Student Union Election 2025–26 was conducted with great enthusiasm and democratic spirit at Bright School – GSEB Unit. Selected students from Class VIII stepped up to contest for key leadership roles including School Captain, Head Boy, Head Girl, Science Captain and Sports Leader. Students from Std. V to VIII cast their votes using the E-ballot system, ensuring a transparent and efficient process. The election was smoothly conducted under the able guidance of Managing Trustee Mr. Jiral Shah, Principal Mrs. Uma Vansadia and Mrs. Chanchal. After vote counting, the results were met with cheers and applause as the winners were proudly announced:

III & IV dazzled the stage in the Advertisement Creation Competition – Ad Mad Magic! 🎭✨ Armed with creativity, confidence and imagination, the students presented brilliant mock ads on a variety of products and ideas—from schools, solar power and eco-friendly pencils to Colgate, Amul and many more. Each act was a delightful mix of humor, awareness and persuasive communication. Their performances reflected not only creativity but also teamwork, confidence and public speaking skills. A Heartfelt Green Tribute to Motherhood! 💚🌿
In a beautiful gesture of love, gratitude, and environmental awareness, our students came together to plant saplings in honour of the most special person in their lives — their mothers. The activity was not just about planting a tree, but about sowing the seeds of respect, responsibility and sustainability. Students celebrated the moment by capturing heartfelt photographs with their mothers and proudly uploading them on the Government’s official portal.
This small yet meaningful step reflects a deep message: “Nothing says Thank You Maa better than nurturing a life — just like she nurtured ours.”

As part of our “Bagless and Joyful Saturday” initiative, the school conducted the Navneet Drawing Competition. Our Std. V students turned into little chefs during the “Salad Decoration Competition” as part of our Bagless and Joyful Saturday. With vibrant veggies, juicy fruits and imaginative plating, they whipped up not just salads—but colorful, edible works of art! 🍅🥒🌽🍎
The activity was sprinkled with creativity, teamwork and healthy learning. Students explored the joy of making nutritious food look exciting, proving that eating right can be both fun and artistic. 💚 Such joyful moments not only encourage healthy eating habits but also nurture confidence, imagination and life skills in our young learners. 🌟

Cyber Crime & AI Session
🔒💻 Awareness Meets Advancement! 🤖✨
Our Std. VII & VIII students stepped into the digital world with wisdom as they attended an eye-opening session on Cyber Crime and Artificial Intelligence during our Bagless and Joyful Saturday. From understanding the importance of online safety, digital footprints and cyber ethics to exploring the fascinating possibilities (and hidden risks) of AI, students discovered how technology can be a powerful tool when used responsibly. 🌐🧠
The interactive session encouraged them to ask questions, share experiences and reflect on their own tech habits—making the learning both practical and meaningful. It was not just about gadgets and codes but about shaping smart, safe and responsible digital citizens who can embrace the future with confidence and care. 💡🌟 Because in today’s world awareness is empowerment and knowledge is protection! 🚀









Sanskrit Saptah Highlights – Day 1 & 2 🕉️
The celebration began with a serene Sanskrit prayer, followed by a vibrant symbolic rally where students echoed powerful Sanskrit slogans, embracing the beauty of our ancient language. 🗣️✨ Day 2 brought creativity and confidence to life — students of Std. V & VI showcased their artistic skills in a drawing competition themed on Ramayana, Mahabharata, Gurukul life and our rich heritage. 🎨
Meanwhile, Std. VII & VIII students impressed us with thoughtful speeches during the elocution competition on topics like the importance of Sanskrit and Science in Sanskrit. 🎤🌿 A celebration of culture, knowledge and expression!

Bright School celebrates Independence Week with patriotic zeal 🇮🇳✨
As part of the ongoing Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Bright School proudly joined the nationwide campaign “Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Ghar Swachhata – 2025” initiated by the Government of India. In line with the directives of the District Education Officer, Vadodara, the school organized a week-long series of activities to instill patriotism and civic responsibility among students:

79th Independence Day Celebration 🇮🇳
Bright School celebrated the 79th Independence Day with pride and patriotism as the campus resonated with the true spirit of freedom. The celebration began with a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, followed by a heartfelt prayer and national song. The Flag Hoisting Ceremony was the highlight of the morning, as the Tiranga soared high and voices united in the Jhanda Geet, filling the atmosphere with emotion and pride. The cultural programme that followed showcased the talent and enthusiasm of our students:

Bright School celebrated Krishna Janmashtami 2025 with devotion and joy as the campus came alive with the vibrant energy of little Radhas and Krishnas. 🌸🎶 The celebration beautifully reflected Lord Krishna’s timeless message of love, unity, truth, righteousness and duty. Students participated with enthusiasm, bringing the divine spirit to life through songs, dances and cultural presentations. 💛
